We collect: email address (for account creation), usage data (tasks, XP, streaks, logins), payment data (processed by Lemon Squeezy — we do not store card details), and AI interaction data from onboarding and daily briefs.
Your data is used to provide and personalise the Service, process payments and manage subscriptions, send transactional emails (receipts, account notices), and improve the Service through aggregated analytics.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) on servers within the European Union. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
We use Lemon Squeezy for payment processing, Supabase for database and authentication, and Anthropic (Claude AI) for AI content generation. Each service maintains its own privacy policy.
As an EU user you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, withdraw consent at any time, and lodge a complaint with the Malta Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC). Email hello@forgedman.ai to exercise your rights.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your personal data is removed within 30 days.
We use essential cookies only for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
